We are currently seeking ICT Business Analyst to join the team. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of 80,000 plus superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, processes, procedures, and workflows to identify needs, gaps and opportunities for improvement across projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractor and project stakeholders to gather, clarify, validate, and document business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improved business and project practices, workflows, and system functionality.
• Act as a central point of contact for clients and contractors, providing guidance and support throughout projects, while analysing business requirements and workflows.
• Support in the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) solar PV and battery inspections programme through development of ICT tools, quality assurance processes, inspection-related processes, requirements and workflows.




• Develop user stories and conduct root cause analysis to investigate business and process issues and support the development of effective solutions.
• Take ownership of deploying functional solutions, including developing and implementing system test plans to validate requirements and ensure system quality and integrity across related projects and companies.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and business process documentation, including documenting and developing process flows for the solar PV and battery inspections program and other business practices.

Skills and Experience:

• Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Solid communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
