About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with strong phone-based service experience and a passion for helping customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and can confidently support customers with order queries, product information and service requests.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:
Provide friendly, effective and professional phone-based customer service to Ecolab customers
Process manual orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Track and follow up customer deliveries, ensuring orders arrive on time
Liaise with internal teams (logistics, sales, service) to resolve customer queries
Maintain accurate customer records and uphold Ecolab’s service standards




Support general administration and workflow improvements as needed

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a phone-based customer service setting (essential)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
High attention to detail and confidence in processing orders or data
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
A positive, customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Experience in order management or logistics is highly regarded (but not essential)
