Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI solutions for classification, extraction, routing and decision support.
Build AI agents and orchestration workflows using Azure AI technologies, RAG, prompt engineering and tool integrations.
Develop software and integrations using C#/.NET, Python, SQL and up-to-date web technologies.
Build automated workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse and SharePoint.
Develop APIs and integrations across enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Create Power BI dashboards and operational reporting to monitor solution performance.
Support production solutions, troubleshoot incidents, improve model performance and deliver post-launch enhancements.
Work directly with business, IT, infrastructure and operations teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.

About You
Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Hands-on software development experience across the full development lifecycle.
Experience with C#/.NET and SQL,



plus exposure to technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, Next.js or PHP/Laravel.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dataverse and SharePoint.
Understanding of APIs, system integration, databases, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, AI agents or document understanding is highly regarded.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
