Electrical Maintenance Estimator

Full House is partnering with an established electrical infrastructure business seeking an experienced electrical qualified to support the growth of its maintenance, outage and commissioning services.

The prospect

You'll work directly with clients to understand their electrical maintenance requirements, develop practical solutions and prepare commercially competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities include:
Develop estimates, quotations and tenders for electrical maintenance, outage and commissioning works.
Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify maintenance opportunities.
Review technical requirements, develop scopes and establish pricing.
Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop practical delivery solutions.
Identify commercial risks, resource requirements and project constraints.
Support the transition of awarded work into delivery.

This is a commercially focused position combining technical estimating,



client engagement and business development.

We're open to candidates from electrical estimating, service management, maintenance or project delivery backgrounds. High-voltage experience is highly regarded but not essential.

About you

You'll bring a strong electrical background, commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with clients and technical teams.

Experience in electrical estimating, maintenance, commissioning, service management or project delivery will be considered.
