Warehouse Manager — Western Sydney
Salary: $110,000 + Super | Type: Full-time | Location: Western Sydney, NSW

A well-established contract manufacturing business in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment. The site supports large-scale production and distribution across categories such as home care, hygiene/personal care, and health & wellness products.

About the role
You’ll take ownership of daily warehouse performance across receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch and team leadership, with a strong focus on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receivals, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch
Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team (training, performance, engagement, rostering)
Drive a strong safety culture, compliance, housekeeping, incident reporting and corrective actions
Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, investigations, reconciliations, stock control)
Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance,



load planning and dispatch schedules
Partner with Production/Planning/Customer Service to support manufacturing output and delivery targets
Identify and implement process improvements (layout, flow, productivity, SOPs)
Ensure MHE readiness (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and protected operating practices

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager / DC Supervisor (ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, packaging, or contract manufacturing)
Strong people leadership with a hands-on, floor-based approach
Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP, scanning, dispatch paperwork and inventory controls
Strong safety mindset and experience enforcing standards and procedures
Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded
Explicit communicator who can work cross-functionally
