The Year 13 program is a year-long discipleship program for all Christian school leavers. It consists of four core elements: residential discipleship, classroom learning; ministry within a local church; and a short-term mission trip. This program provides devotional, theoretical, relational, and practical learning in order to equip young people for a lifetime of following Jesus and serving others.

The Assistant Director assists in all aspects of leadership including recruitment, chaplaincy, training, discipleship, programming, logistics, overseeing Fiji mission trip and admin over the year.

The Successful candidate will have formal training and experience in childrens/youth/young adult ministry and well established leadership skills. They will uhave a solid understanding and passion for the vision and purpose of the Year 13 program and the heart of Anglican Youthworks vision and mission as well as a excellent track record.



Experience in similar ministry is an advantage,
