Packer / Gluer – Day Shift (6am – 2pm)
Looking for a long-term prospect in manufacturing?
We are seeking reliable and motivated Packer / Gluer Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves packing mattresses into bundles, gluing mattresses together and assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, can keep up in a fast-paced environment and is looking for consistent day-shift hours with the potential for a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Pack mattresses into bundles accurately and efficiently.
Glue mattresses together as required.
Assist with general production and assembly tasks.
Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.




Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.

Skills and Experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Valuable attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and handling mattresses.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, packing or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
Shift: Day shift
