Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next opportunity within the mining sector?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous mining, resources or FIFO administration experience who is confident coordinating travel, onboarding and day-to-day site administration.

Your recent role Working as part of the site administration team, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating employee flights and commercial travel bookings
Managing travel itineraries and associated administration
Supporting employee and contractor onboarding
Raising and processing purchase orders
Using SAP for purchasing and administration
Maintaining accurate employee and operational records
Liaising with internal teams, site personnel and external providers
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth site operations

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous administration experience within mining, resources, construction or a site-based environment




Experience working within or supporting a FIFO operation
Strong travel and flight coordination experience
Experience with employee or contractor onboarding
SAP experience, particularly raising purchase orders, highly regarded
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

What you'll get in return
$51.41 per hour
40 hours per week
4 days on / 3 days off roster
Monday to Thursday
