Job Description
End-to-end payroll preparation and reconciliation
Reviewing wages and allowances, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy
Month-end payroll reporting
Performing calculations for prepayments, wages, annual leave, terminations, and allowances
Processing and remitting statutory payments
Acting as a key point of contact for payroll queries and issue resolution
Maintaining payroll systems (Chris 21 / ADP) and employee records
Data entry of timesheets and processing leave applications
Interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment contracts




Assisting with payroll-related statutory obligations including payroll tax, superannuation, work cover, and garnishees
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc payroll duties

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll within a complex or multi-site setting
Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Chris 21 and/or ADP experience highly regarded but no means a prerequisite)
Ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment contracts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
