About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our Early Learning Service.

This leadership role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about high-quality practice and committed to maintaining robust compliance standards under Australian early childhood legislation.

As a Senior Educator, you will lead the implementation of high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) while ensuring full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

What you need to Succeed
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care




Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
Robust working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
Understanding of Child Secure Standards and mandatory reporting requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to form respectful partnerships with families
Communicate effectively regarding children’s progress and wellbeing
