Looking for a Property Management role where you can actually get through your day without feeling like you're constantly playing catch-up?

We're working with an established real estate business looking for a Property Manager to join their team. With a dedicated Leasing Officer handling inspections and two other Property Managers already on board, you'll have support around you and the opportunity to focus on managing your portfolio properly.

The Opportunity:

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with room for growth as the business continues to develop.

What's on offer?

Up to $90K + super, depending on experience

Company car plus paid kilometres

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - no weekend work

A manageable portfolio of approximately 130 properties

No leasing responsibilities - a dedicated Leasing Officer handles inspections

An immediate start available for the right candidate





This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Property Management but wants a more manageable workload and explicit boundaries between work and home.

Who we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Property Manager who knows how to manage a portfolio, stay on top of maintenance and arrears, handle tenancy issues and build solid relationships with landlords and tenants.

You'll be organised, proactive and confident managing your own workload, with experience using PropertyTree highly regarded.
