Seeking an SME Insurance Broker to join a global client of ours.

You will manage the internal broking lifecycle for a portfolio of SME commercial accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and external account executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SME renewals, quotations, and policy adjustments end-to-end.
Build trusted client relationships and tailor commercial insurance cover.
Negotiate terms and premiums with a panel of leading insurers.
Ensure strict adherence to Tier 1 compliance, policy documentation, and quality standards.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive retention and growth.

What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in general insurance broking, specifically handling SME commercial accounts.
Mandatory Tier 1 compliance (e.g., RG146 / Tier 1 qualification).
Solid product knowledge across commercial lines (Property, Liability, etc.).
Solid communication, negotiation, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
