Your Chance

We have partnered with a well-established, growing organisation in Brisbane's inner suburbs which is easily accessible via public transport. You'll work with an ambitious, well-run business who have a supportive and approachable leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in preparing accurate financial information through the completion of month end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting. You will support statutory and regulatory reporting, assist the external audit process, contribute to budgeting activities and provide financial analysis to inform decision making.

This is a six-month contract with the view to go permanent.

You will:
Ensure accurate and timely month end, quarter end, and year end close
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare various tax returns (BAS, FBT)
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvements to ensure accurate data and reporting
Support audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders

You are:





You are qualified or part qualified accountant who is comfortable managing and juggling different priorities and communicating with various stakeholders.
CA/CPA qualified or part qualified
Experience in large complex environments with high volume
Solid stakeholder management skills
