What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading thedaily operations of the Parts Department
Drivingparts sales across service, trade and retail customers
Managinginventory control, stock ordering and warehousing
Building robust relationships withtechnicians, service advisors, suppliers and customers
Coaching and developingParts Apprentices and Interpreters
Ensuring efficientparts availability to support workshop productivity
What You'll Bring
Proven experience inAutomotive Parts Management or Parts Interpretation within a dealership
Strong leadership skills with the ability tomentor and develop team members
Excellentinventory and stock control experience
Solidmechanical understanding across multiple makes and models
Acustomer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
CurrentDriver's Licence and Australian working rights
Mazda or OEM dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
