bijou is seeking a confident leader to run daily operations of bijou, a Melbourne wine bar with a curated wine and spirits program.
You will manage a small team of around five staff across shifts, with one full time and one part-time supervisor, and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in wine-focused service, 2 years in a management role within hospitality, and strong knowledge of wine and spirits.
