National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) in Melbourne seeks casual Customer Service Officers to deliver high-quality service to visitors, including school groups, families and children.
You will operate the Ticketing & CRM system to sell exhibition tickets, bookings, and renew memberships, and support children's exhibitions and learning programs.
You will be expected to maintain a welcoming workplace, communicate clearly, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with staff.
