About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedPrincipal Architect – Microsoft Cloud & AIwith a strong Microsoft background to lead enterprise-scaleCloud, Data, AI, and digital transformation engagements.
This role requires a strong combination oftechnology expertise, delivery leadership, customer engagement, solution shaping, and business growthwithin the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scaleMicrosoft Azure, Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, and Copilotengagements from solution discovery through delivery.
Partner with sales and account teams onsolution shaping,



pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and customer presentations.
Engage withC-level and senior stakeholdersto understand business priorities and define transformation roadmaps.
Driveaccount growth and business expansionby identifying opportunities across customer engagements.
Own delivery governance acrossscope, quality, timelines, financials, resources, risks, and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership acrossarchitecture, solutioning, implementation, deployment, and operational readiness.
Lead and mentor architects, engineering leads, program managers, and delivery teams.
Provide strategic direction acrossAzure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, GenAI, Copilot, Data & Analytics, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application Modernization.
Drive reusable solutions, accelerators, architecture patterns, and delivery frameworks.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of overall IT experiencewith strong experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, or delivery leadership.
Solid prior Microsoft experience or extensive Microsoft ecosystem expertise.
Proven experience leadinglarge enterprise customers and complex transformation programs.
Strong expertise inAzure Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, Copilot, Security, and Application Modernization.
Experience inpre-sales, solution shaping, proposals, estimations, and strategic customer engagements.
Strong experience managingdelivery financials, resource planning, governance, risks,



and quality.
Proven ability to engage withC-level and senior customer stakeholders.
Experience contributing toaccount growth and business expansion.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experienceworking at Microsoft or in a senior Microsoft-focused architecture, consulting, or delivery leadership role.
MicrosoftAzure and/or AI certifications.
Experience leading enterprise programs acrossAzure AI, Copilot, GenAI, Data, Security, and Cloud Modernization.
Experience managing geographically distributed engineering and delivery teams.
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
