HPS is seeking aHospital Pharmacistto join our team atHPS Angas St, Adelaideon a permanent part-time basis, working4 hours per day on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (12 hours per week).
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive hospital pharmacy environment, providing clinical and operational pharmacy services while contributing to high-quality patient care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Solid clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
