Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role coordinates rosters, leave, training and cross-department tasks while ensuring service excellence and regulatory adherence.
Ideal candidates will bring hands-on administration or operations experience in hospitality, with robust analytical and communication skills, plus NSW RSA/RCG certifications.
