TR3 Recruitment is assisting an established aged care provider in Cairns, QLD to recruit a Clinical Care Manager.
This permanent, full time role leads a clinical team, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
You will report to the General Manager and work Monday to Friday with day roster options.
The role focuses on mentoring multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accreditation, and driving continuous improvement to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.
