The role
You'll help businesses across Australia get their people trained, safe and compliant.
Every workplace needs first-aid-trained staff, so you're never pushing something nobody wants.
Your job is to understand what each business needs and become the person they trust and keep coming back to.
You'll:
Reach out to businesses and follow up enquiries, mostly by phone
Understand each client's team, risks and compliance needs, then recommend the right training
Turn conversations into confirmed bookings and build long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients
Keep your CRM pipeline organised and work closely with our operations team so every course runs smoothly

What you'll get
$68k–$85k base + super + uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $75k–$110k
