You will provide Level 2/3 support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related systems, manage BAU incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
You will gather requirements for system enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transport, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions.
