Bayside Health is seeking a Team Manager for the Integrated Youth Assertive Treatment (IYAT) Team based in Frankston, Victoria.
This role provides clinical, operational and strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, recovery-oriented care for youth aged ***** with complex mental health needs.
You will work with the Consultant Psychiatrist, oversee service delivery and governance, and lead workforce development and quality improvement initiatives across service
