The role focuses on visible clinical leadership, workforce planning, and protected, high-quality patient care across medical, surgical, midwifery and rehabilitation services.
You will report to the Director of Nursing, supported by ANUMs and NUMs, with opportunities for leadership development, mentoring, and career progression in a supportive coastal health
