TTA is seeking the services of an early career performance analyst to join their Paralympic Program. Reporting directly to the General Manager - National Paralympic Program and the National Performance Insights & Technology Lead and working in close collaboration with the National Head Coach (Para), the National Athlete & Coach Development Manager (Para), State Para Hub Coaches and other Paralympic Performance Services Team members, the Performance Analyst will support the high performance pathway with a specific focus on supporting the tactical preparation and skill development of athletes in the lead up to and during the LA **** Paralympic Games.

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for collecting,



analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights aimed at improving athlete performance at international Para competitions, including the LA **** Paralympic Games.
