Yarra Trams is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join the Legal, Risk, Compliance & Claims team in Melbourne.
The role provides practical, independent legal advice across the tram network, from franchise agreements to regulatory compliance and disputes.
Reporting to the Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, assess risks, support procurement, and help build templates, training and governance tools to keep Melbourne moving.
