-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
-Must have experience in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
-Must have a positive attitude and passion for the industry.
-Ability to guide and train junior staff.
-Knowledge of Excel and online ordering platforms.
-Experience in stocktaking and recipe development is a bonus.
-Able to work over a 7-day roster.
