Mercy Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver person-centred care in the Home Care setting, using clinical expertise to design personalised programs and maximise independence.
You'll assess mobility, falls, and pain, work with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise junior staff where required.
A recognised degree and AHPRA registration are essential.
Full time role based in Melbourne's north-west metro and Geelong, with standard hours 9am–5pm.
