Bayside Health is seeking a Team Manager for the Integrated Youth Assertive Treatment (IYAT) Team based in Frankston, Victoria.
You will provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary group delivering assertive, versatile, recovery‐oriented care for youth aged ***** with significant mental health challenges.
You will work with the Consultant Psychiatrist to drive service delivery, governance and continuous improvement across multiple sites, with travel as required.
