Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and short split shifts.
Shifts run Monday to Sunday between 7am and 6pm, with flexibility required.
No overnights.
You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and advocate for client choice to help them live their best life within person-centred plans.
