Croydon Health Services is seeking a Dietetic Support skilled as part of the Integrated Diabetes Service to assist in delivering high-quality Dietetic Support across the Trust.
You will help implement nutritional guidance, run education sessions for staff and patients, and contribute to DESMOND and carb counting education.
You will also assist in resource development and participate in CPD and audits.
Under supervision of a Dietitian, you will manage a small caseload during peak periods,
