Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide in office care within Residential Aged Care Homes across the Sunshine Coast.
Weekday hours only, with dedicated nursing support and telehealth backup to ensure efficient rounds.
You will conduct regular weekly rounds, build long-term relationships with residents and families, and coordinate care plans with homes.
A laptop and tech-friendly approach are required.
