Aspect Personnel in Ballarat is seeking a Bid Coordinator who can turn site knowledge into accurate tender estimates.
You'll work on live tenders from day one with coaching, and grow into handling more packages and full tenders as you develop.
The role is permanent, full‐time, based in Ballarat with an office presence five days a week.
The ideal candidate is a carpentry or related trade qualified who can read plans, break work into trade scopes, and confidently chase pricing by phone.
