We require an experienced teacher who is willing to teach Music part time (4 days per week) for years 7 through to 12, on a 12-month contract with the potential to continue into the future.
Key responsibilities
Teach Music across Years 7-12
Implement school policies, including the Assessment Policy and Discipline Roadmap
Engage and support learners of varying abilities
Facilitate at least one club or extra‐curricular activity (desirable)
About you
NSW teacher accreditation and qualifications in Music
Experience teaching Music across Years 7-12
Sound knowledge of NESA curriculum, programming and assessment requirements
Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
Commitment to excellence in teaching and contributing to school life
Teaching qualification approved by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

Current WWCC clearance number (essential)
Commitment to the school philosophy of Education in Human Values (essential)
Proven experience teaching Music at an HSC (Stage 6) level (desirable)
Competence with relevant technologies and willingness to integrate technologies into the classroom (desirable)
Remuneration in accordance with the Independent Schools Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement, ****
