What's the Role?
You'll be the key link between customers, contractors, and internal teams, helping coordinate maintenance requests and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Responding to maintenance requests via phone, email, and online portals
Coordinating trades and maintenance works
Keeping customers updated throughout the process
Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders




Managing records, reports, and administration tasks with accuracy
Resolving issues professionally and delivering exceptional customer service
Contributing to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced workplace
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Confident working to KPIs and performance targets
Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
