Vrecruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager on the Lower North Shore to take ownership of a growing new business portfolio.
You will onboard landlords, manage management agreements, and set expectations from day one, while collaborating with the BDM team on handovers of current managements.
You will handle all landlord and tenant communication, oversee inspections with support from property officers, coordinate repairs, manage arrears, and lead lease renewals and rent reviews.
