Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.The RoleEngaging with residents, encouraging and supporting them to engage in the outingPutting equipment (e.g. mobility aids) and resident shopping into the busFolding and unfolding mobility aidsStaying with residents to allow staff to attend to other's needsAiding residents with simple mobilisation including pushing a resident in a wheelchair (where trained to do so)Share feedback with the Lifestyle Officer / Lifestyle Coordinator at the end of your shiftDeliver a high level of customer service, including the timely provision of agreed services to residentsDrive in accordance with road and safety requirements maintaining due care at all timesTo be successful:MR class licence for driving buses of 22 passenger capacity or lessPrevious experience using lifting equipment and assistive devices (desirable)Ability to use computer software (Word and Excel)Experience with wheelchair access vehicles and wheelchair tie down system,
