Stride is seeking a part time (0.8 FTE) role in Adelaide within the Adelaide Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service (MHMS).
The position provides recovery-oriented psychosocial support to people of all ages experiencing complex mental health conditions and/or suicide distress.
You will work alongside clinicians, peer workers and GPs to deliver coordinated, person-centred care plans, in a GP-integrated service across southern Adelaide.
