Lead implementation of the AOD Program Work Plan.
Coordinate funded AOD activities and deliverables.
Monitor contract milestones and KPIs.
Support integration of AOD screening across YYMS programs.
Develop referral pathways and partnerships.
Coordinate workforce training and supervision.
Ensure reporting, compliance and quality improvement requirements are met.
Facilitate community engagement and consultation.
Selection Criteria:
Relevant qualification in Health, Community Services, Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
Experience in program coordination or management.
Knowledge of AOD treatment and harm minimization approaches.
Experience working with Aboriginal communities.
