You will lead Employee Relations for ****+ employees across 8 underground operations, reporting to the HR Manager.
The role is residential in Kalgoorlie with relocation support or FIFO from Perth.
We seek a hands-on generalist HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, coaching managers and improving process effectiveness.
