The role focuses on food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning, with responsibility for maintaining food safety documents and stock control.
Ideal candidates will have Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S;, robust time management, and commitment to a positive safety culture.
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or above and a police check (or willingness) are required.
