Compass Group is currently seeking 3 x Full time Maintenance Electricians to join our remote site operations across WA on a 2:2 roster or 2:1 roster, with ongoing casual positions also available.
Working within a strong safety-first culture, you'll be responsible for maintaining electrical systems that support accommodation facilities, kitchens, recreational areas and non-process infrastructure.

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across village and non-process infrastructure electrical systems
Diagnosing faults, isolating equipment, testing systems and completing repairs safely and efficiently
Ensuring all work complies with isolation procedures, permit systems and LVR requirements
Conducting inspections and maintaining electrical assets to a high standard
Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes
Working collaboratively with other trades including HVAC, plumbing and painting teams




Contributing to a positive safety culture where everyone is empowered to speak up and stop unsafe work
Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable
THE PERSON
To be successful, you will possess:
Current unrestricted Electrical Licence relevant to the state of work (or be actively working towards obtaining recognition)
Current CPR and LVR certification
White Card
Current C Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship
Experience in remote camp, facilities maintenance, industrial or commercial environments highly regarded
Ability to work FIFO from designated airports or DIDO where applicable
