Benalla Health is seeking a part‐time Workplace Trainer and Careers Advisor to coordinate essential training for non-clinical staff.
You will work with external providers to design learning programs and deliver modules across the workforce, including facilitation of group and individual sessions.
The role requires experience in staff development, relationships with stakeholders, and solid communication and planning skills.
This is a permanent part‐time position (0.6 EFT) based in Benalla.
