Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Part time Case Manager to deliver outreach-based case management for children, parents and carers affected by substance misuse.
You will work within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework to build resilience and improve family wellbeing.
Role involves assessments, case planning, advocacy, and collaboration with Child Safety and health services.
Tertiary qualification in Human Services or related field and valid drivers licence required.
