Based in Hobart with hybrid and flexible working, a competitive $160,000-$210,000 package plus super, and a 30% bonus on billables above target.

Duties
Advise on share, business and asset acquisitions and disposals
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including procurement and construction matters
Advise on corporate governance, directors' duties, constitutions and Corporations Act compliance
Structure joint ventures, partnerships,



consortium arrangements and shareholder or unitholder arrangements
Advise on finance and securities, and energy, infrastructure and project-related arrangements
Advise on privacy, data management, regulatory compliance and Australian Consumer Law
Skills & experience
Approximately 4-8 years' post-admission experience (outstanding candidates outside this range are welcome)
Robust technical capability in corporate and commercial law
Experience managing matters and client relationships, with excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Admitted to practise as a lawyer in Australia with a current practising certificate
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
