YHA Hobart Central is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences.
You will supervise team members, assist the Property Manager, and ensure a welcoming, safe setting for guests and staff.
You'll oversee check-ins/outs, events, food and beverage operations, and maintain high presentation and hygiene standards.
The role requires flexibility for a 7-day rotating roster including overnights.
