You will coordinate rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care, occupancy targets and day-to-day operations with a focus on service quality.
The role requires experience in rostering or workforce planning in aged care or health, proactivity in filling vacancies, and collaboration with operational leaders on leave and staff availability.
