Juniper is seeking a passionate psychosocial safety advisor for a permanent full time role based at the Balcatta head office.
Reporting to the Work Health and Safety Manager, you will strengthen Juniper's psychosocial safety, wellbeing and risk management across the organisation.
You will identify hazards, develop risk controls, deliver education and lead wellbeing initiatives, partnering with leaders and staff to embed safe practices and a health-focused culture.
