The role focuses on fostering students' development, mental health and resilience, including at-risk and special needs, through direct and indirect counselling and systemic interventions.
Qualifications include a degree in Education Psychology or Social Work, QCT/QGCA or Psychology Board/AASW registration, and a Working with Children Blue Card.
