Department of Communities WA in the South West is seeking a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker to join the Talent Register.
You will work as part of a team to deliver trauma-informed residential care for children and young people, guided by the Sanctuary Model.
The role requires rotating rosters including mornings, afternoons and night shifts; eligibility-based backfill opportunities; fixed-term and permanent opportunities may arise; annual leave loading applies.
